A corner building with double glazed windows & doors which can be upgraded to a fully insulated & decorated garden room.
This building has the option of either a pent single sloping roof of a flat variant which looks visually flat, but does have a hidden drainage slope.
A choice of sizes, window styles, cladding types & many other optional extras make this a customisable building to suit your needs & budget.
Standard features of this building include:
- 4 sizes: 7′ x 7′, 8′ x 8′, 9′ x 9′ or 10′ x 10′
- Pent single sloping roof or ‘flat’ roof variant
- Choice of 5 cladding options: 13mm T&G redwood, 19mm T&G redwood, 12mm T&G cedar, 19mm T&G pressure treated or 23mm barnstyle
- Double glazed windows & doors with 4mm toughened safety glass both sides and an 8mm cavity
- Choice of three glazing styles: full height, 3/4 height or half height (a mix & match setup can also be chosen)
- Double doors with a 5 lever mortice lock & chrome ironmongery
- Opening, lockable window on each side of the building/doors
- Heavy duty roofing felt in either black or green on the pent roof model
- EPDM rubber roof on the flat roof model
- T&G roof & floor with pressure treated floor joists underneath
- High quality timber treatment in a golden brown colour (unless pressure treated)
