A selection of 4 buildings varying in style to match your own needs. Fully lined, insulated and double glazed the Surrey Range uses 15mm thick Scandinavian Redwood T&G shiplap cladding. Joinery can be in timber or PVCu and as standard they have a felt tiled roof but other options are available.
Kingston
Comes with 3 windows and single door as standard, featuring a standard apex roof the Kingston can be used as an office, gym, games room or whatever you require. Completely bespoke, available in any size and joinery layout.
Sunbury
Similar to the Kingston but with the front aspect of full height glazing, the Sunbury is designed to give maximum sunlight and viewing space. Windows are also positioned in the gable ends.
Cobham
The Cobham is designed having the gable end as the front of the building featuring an attractive roof overhang with French portico window doors and 2 full height picture windows. 2 top hung windows are then positioned in the sides.
Farnham
Designed to go into a corner of your garden the Farnham has a hipped roof, 2 casement side windows and a set of double doors. More windows can be added if required.

The Prestige range differs from the Surrey range in the style of cladding applied to the exterior, more complex roof styles and greater levels of construction and insulation that is equal to modern building standards. They also included an electrical pack consisting of lights, sockets and a heater.
Sunningdale
Using 19mm thick Scandinavian Redwood cladding the Sunningdale features a complex hipped roof, a single door and 3 casement windows as standard which can be altered to meet your exact requirements.
Woburn
Identical to the Sunningdale but using 12mm thick Western Red Cedar shiplap cladding with a Sadolin translucent wood stain treatment. With partitions, kitchens, bathrooms plus many more available options on Wentworth buildings, the possibilities are endless.
Lytham
Again identical to the Sunningdale but using slightly smaller 15mm thick Scandinavian Redwood shiplap.
Elmbridge
Built to the same exacting standards as the rest of the Prestige range, the Elmbrige uses 15mm Redwood cladding and is designed for placing in corners. Has a stylish and practical roof overhang.

Built to the same standards as the Surrey range but with a selection of different styles, all featuring balconies/verandahs. The Thames range is clad in 15mm thick Scandinavian Redwood shiplap and provide flexibility in their design like all Wentworth buildings.
Richmond
Features a 4’x4’ recessed corner porch with decking floor. Single cottage style door with 3 cottage style casement windows as standard.
Walton
Comes with a 4’ deep covered verandah with pressure treated decking floor. 4 cottage style casement windows and a set of cottage style double doors.
Henley
3’ deep covered verandah using stainless steel or timber supports for added character. French doors with portico windows, 2 full height picture windows & 2 top hung side windows for maximum light.
Marlow
4’ deep open fronted verandah under the eaves with a set of French doors, 2 full height picture windows and 2 casement windows in the sides.

Flat roofed fully double glazed, lined and insulated buildings using double skinned torched on bitumen felt roof system. Designed to be under 2.5m high to avoid most planning permission restrictions.
Chiswick
Built to the same spec as the Surrey Range. Available in almost any size the Chiswick comes with a single door and 3 casement windows as standard but has the flexibility of the whole Wentworth range in the variety of doors and windows available.

Available as a shell building you finish yourself right through to a fully lined, insulated and decorated garden room. Built to a more basic specification, the Forester range comes with 2 double glazed windows and a door, insulated floor, pressure treated shiplap cladding and fully lined with a breather membrane.
Dean
Flat roofed building below 2.5m with all windows, doors and fascias in timber. Doors and windows can be positioned to meet your exact needs.
Bowland
Just as the Dean but with windows, doors and fascias in maintenance free white PVCu.
Arden
Built to the same specification as the Dean but comes with a set of French doors, 2 picture windows and a casement window, all in oak effect PVCu.
